Kathrin Krause

Kathrin completed her studies in psychology with a focus on work and organisational psychology at the Ruhr University Bochum. Since 2003, she has gained extensive professional HR experience in various Swiss companies in a wide range of sectors. Her focus has been on topics such as recruitment, executive coaching, personnel and organisational development in very different contexts. At Avenir, she brings her expertise to the assessment business area.

In her free time, Kathrin is passionate about travelling and discovering the world. She gets to know the most beautiful corners of Switzerland while hiking. She also enjoys going to concerts and the theatre.
