Linde begann ihre HR-Karriere nach ihrem Abschluss in Germanistik, Anglistik und Amerikanistik an den Universit\u00e4ten von Amsterdam und Bern. Sie durchlief diverse berufliche Stationen entlang des Employee Life Cycles, verantwortete Employer Branding- und Development-Projekte bzw. leitete entsprechende Abteilungen u.a. im Topsharing. Der Wechsel ins Consulting sch\u00e4rfte ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Kundenanliegen und Unternehmertum. Ihrer Vorliebe f\u00fcr arbeitspsychologische Themen blieb Linde dabei treu. Bei Avenir bringt sie ihre fundierte Expertise im Bereich Assessment und Coaching ein.<\/p>\n

In ihrer Freizeit liest Linde gerne.
